In 2018, I quit my job as an air traffic controller to travel around the UK and Europe in a motorhome. Since then, I've driven through 19 different countries, covering thousands of miles, many of them solo.

One of the questions I'm asked ALL the time is: "Where's your favourite place?"

It's an almost impossible question to answer. Because the place I'd recommend for jaw-dropping mountain scenery isn't necessarily where I'd send you for a relaxed two-week holiday.
